Guy Tillim

So….not to come across as a cheapskate, but I found these photos by South African photographer Guy Tillim at the Daimler Art Collection’s website. Really haunting & beautiful portraits of child soldiers in Sierra Leone from 2001 (you can view more from his collection here). But here’s the kicker: for some reason Daimler decided to post them as 8”x10”, 360dpi. Great! More than adequate for a high quality print, right?



Or you can put them on one large 20”x30” print and use archival paper/inks. Everyone likes a grid:

Note to Mr Tillim: I apologize, you are very talented. I don’t want to steal your work, but I am. Your photos are amazing and I want to own one. I wish more things like this were available online.
